The NS Premier 7's is the first international rugby competition organised by the Negeri Sembilan Rugby Union since the last NS Royal 7's held in 2018. Thirty teams from Malaysia and Indonesia competed over two days in Seremban to be the first winner of the NS Premier 7's.
