Muamalat Bullets clinched the Bank Muamalat Rugby 10's title after beating Tenaga Nasional 24-7 in the Corporate category final. The Bullets produced a fine performance at the tournament in Penang by winning all their group matches and triumphed in the last game.
In the Alumni category, SDAR emerged as champions after defeating SAJOHA 33-0 in the final. The Sekolah Datuk Abdul Razak veterans were in solid form as they only conceded one try from 6 matches.
Twenty teams competed in the Muamalat Rugby 10's Tournament at Padang Polo, Penang. Hundreds of rugby fraternity gathered to watch the tournament organised by Bank Muamalat. The event is also marked as the return of rugby to the island.
